About Murphy’s Munchies

For over 10 years, we’ve had the absolute pleasure of doing what we love through our dog walking and pet care business, Think Pets, which we started on 25th June 2016.

Over the years, we’ve watched our little business grow into what it is today. We’ve continually invested in upgrading our vehicles and safety cage systems, while gaining more knowledge, experience and understanding of the dogs in our care. Then, two years ago, we reached a huge milestone and made one of our biggest dreams come true — we got our very own secure dog walking field.

Having our own field has been incredible. It gives our socialisation groups a safe and secure space where they can run, play, explore and spend time with their friends. There really is nothing better than spending our days watching happy dogs enjoying themselves, and seeing their personalities shine. It’s something we always dreamed of and worked towards, so being able to do it every day truly is a dream come true.

More recently, we have been researching nutrition and finding ways to support the health and wellbeing of our own three senior dogs as they get older. We started looking more closely at what we were feeding them and searching for natural, long-lasting chews and tasty treats that were packed with goodness, while also considering their individual needs.

And that’s where Murphy’s Munchies was born!

Murphy’s Munchies is a trading name of Think Pets, bringing you a carefully chosen range of natural dog chews, treats and more — the very things we are happy to give to our own dogs.

We wanted to create something that complemented Think Pets and, most importantly, something we genuinely believed in. We also wanted to make things a little more convenient for our existing dog walking customers, so they can have their treats delivered free of charge with their next Think Pets booking.

But why stop there? We decided to extend our free local delivery service throughout Darlington, so more local dogs can enjoy our tasty treats too!

We absolutely love seeing all the dogs enjoying their Munchies, and it means so much to us to be able to grow another part of our small business around something we’re so passionate about.

From walking and caring for your dogs, to choosing the treats they enjoy, everything we do comes from a genuine love for dogs and wanting the very best for them.
